Not great.&#xA;We build our UV arrays to spread that power out evenly. It stops &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;those&lt;/a&gt; annoying &amp;ldquo;hot spots&amp;rdquo; that make ink blister or cause the film to shrink. It just feels smoother.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Getting the hardware right&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;When it comes to ODM builds, the physical fit is where things usually go sideways.&#xA;We stick to standardized connectors and very precise tube lengths so the lamp just drops right in. If the length is off by even a tiny bit, the tube can shift when the machine starts vibrating. That leads to uneven curing or, worse, the lamp burning out way too soon.&#xA;We also pick the quartz glass based on what you&amp;rsquo;re actually curing. Shortwave for the surface, or longer wavelengths if you need the light to soak deeper into the material.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The honesty hour: Output vs. Lifespan&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Let&amp;rsquo;s be real: you can&amp;rsquo;t have it all. You can&amp;rsquo;t max out the output and expect the lamp to last forever.&#xA;Running a lamp at its absolute limit will cure your ink faster, but it kills the electrodes. It&amp;rsquo;s a trade-off.&#xA;We usually suggest running them at about 80-90% capacity. It keeps the output steady for thousands of hours and means you aren&amp;rsquo;t tearing the whole machine apart for replacements &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;every&lt;/a&gt; few weeks.
