Why we went modular
Most systems are rigid. You buy a certain length, and you’re stuck with it. We did things differently. Our setup is modular. That means if your substrate gets wider, you don’t have to throw away your power supply and start over. You just add more lamp modules. Need to speed up the line? Add a few more. And here is the best part: when a tube finally burns out—and they always do—you just swap that one module. You don’t have to kill the whole line and stare at a dead machine for hours. You just plug in a new one and keep moving.
Dealing with the heat
We use high-intensity bulbs to get that ink to polymerize fast. But there’s a catch. High wattage equals massive heat. If your cooling isn’t on point, you’ll start warping your PET or PVC. It’s a mess. To stop that from happening, we packed our systems with aluminum heat sinks and focused airflow. It keeps the lamps stable, which means the bulbs last longer and your materials stay flat.
Getting it running
We used standard connectors because nobody wants to hire a specialized electrical engineer just to plug in a lamp. It’s a drop-in replacement. Simple. We also built the frames from anodized aluminum. Why? Because the ozone created during curing eats through regular metal. This stuff resists that corrosion, so your gear doesn’t look like a rusted relic after a year. One thing to keep in mind: more UV power means more juice and more heat. Just double-check that your breaker panel can handle the peak load when you first flip the switch. We give you the raw numbers; you just make sure your shop can handle them.
