If your UV lamps aren’t built to fight that, things go south quickly. You get flickering. The output gets jumpy. Sometimes, the whole system just quits on you right in the middle of a job. It just works. Built for the grind We don’t do generic housings. These are designed to be drop-in replacements for your existing industrial frames, but they’re built tougher. Printing halls are loud, they vibrate, and they get hot. We use materials that can actually take that kind of beating. Plus, we use reinforced connectors. There’s nothing worse than a connector shaking loose during a long run, so we made sure these stay put. One catch: The heat Now, there is a trade-off. Pushing for this kind of stability and intensity creates a lot of heat. A lot. You can’t just plug these in and forget about them; you need a cooling system that can actually handle the load. If your airflow is blocked or your chillers are struggling, you’re going to burn out your electrodes way too fast. Keep those vents clear.
